Today the New Jersey chapter of the American Institute of Architects announced that ikon.5 architects is the winner of two AIA NJ 2018 Design Awards.

ikon.5 was the only architecture firm to win awards in multiple categories in this year's program. The firm's Training Recreation Education Center in Newark, New Jersey, earned a Merit Award in the Built Commercial, Institutional, Educational or Multifamily Residential Design category and the firm's Healey Family Student Center at Georgetown University was the sole Merit Award winner for Interior Architecture.

AIA New Jersey recognizes design excellence in the built environment across a wide range of projects, including single buildings, groupings of buildings, interior architecture, additions, restorations, and adaptive reuse projects. Award winners will be recognized at the AIA NJ Annual Awards Dinner on January 13, 2018 at Clarks Landing Yacht Club in Point Pleasant, New Jersey.

ikon.5 architects is a design-focused architectural practice located in Princeton, New Jersey.
