Planned as a series of working "neighborhoods" with all floors interconnected with two story high "work-studios" alternating throughout the building, this compact building is designed to employ sustainable design features and reinterpret the office workplace. Designed as an energy-efficient "daylight sponge," it uses advanced glass technologies and an inventive system of prisms to maximize natural light throughout the workplace and minimize the use of electric lighting.
